Advocacy Program- Global Bartending Competition

Qollective Solutions was given the task by ELIT Vodka - to develop an engaging global cocktail competition that would serve as the lead trade advocacy program for the On Trade. In response, we created ELIT Masters 2023, a comprehensive program that includes concept development, market toolkits, bartender challenge toolkits, website development, and social assets creation. Our team not only developed the concept and toolkits, but also assisted the global brand team in successfully selling the program into markets.

Drink Led BTL Campaign & Global Serve Strategy

Cenote Tequila has collaborated with Qollective Solution to develop a global drinks strategy to pulled below-the-line in both On and Off Trade channels, with the USA as the flagship market. Our team crafted an exceptional hero serve concept, alongside identifying the high-volume classic serves that were simply unmissable. We then captured stunning photographs of these serves, produced key visuals and utilized the photographic assets to produce a drinks campaign that could be seamlessly executed in both on and off-trade sales channels.

Selling & Commercial Tools

ELIT Vodka, a premium brand owned by Stoli SPG, tasked Qollective Solutions with creating tools for their sales teams and distributors to help them become the world's biggest ultra-premium vodka. Our team made the ELIT Vodka Playbook, a comprehensive resource, and the ELIT Bottle Pitch Sales Aid, which uses storytelling and design to engage customers, plus a sampling mechanism.

RTM, Pricing Strategy, and Business Modelling

San Bartolo is an exclusive artisanal mezcal brand that aims to broaden its horizons beyond the New York market. In order to achieve the goal of becoming one of the top 5 independent mezcal brands in the US market within the next decade, the brand is seeking investment. Qollective Solutions has undertaken a comprehensive business review encompassing brand strategy, business modelling, commercial strategy, route to market, brand assets, and tools. Upon completion, we have transformed the insights into a newly optimized route to market strategy, an enhanced price strategy, and a revitalized brand identity.
